Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We sell hair claws and girls’ accessories. Our refund and return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as received, including original packaging.
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers), newspapers, magazines, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Certain health and personal care items

Return Process

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few days.

If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and then your bank. If you still haven’t received your refund, contact us at hello@heavensent.no.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, email us at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

Return items to: Rognberget 22, 1727 Sarpsborg, Norway. You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
